Poor and uncompassionate customer service to say the least. Why would they tell a 70+ year old customer who is being fitted for a piece of equipment that will be purchased from them that they don't have a restroom? No public restrooms? Seriously. I would give them no stars if possible. I am so sorry for any other person who has been subjected to such indignity. Jerks.
