Thhis place is a JOKE!! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! $180 Just to be seen then drove all the way there to find out they wouldnt see my 4 month old daughter... Def would never recommend anyone to waste their time!!!
Never have I had good service or even an accurate diagnosis from this place. I always come away more frustrated than when I went in.
Staff and nurses were nice.. doctor on the other hand was rude and useless. Still had to make a trip to the ER
We were visiting from out of town and needed to find a medical facility for my daughter . We did a Google search and were evaluating the choices that we had . After reading all the reviews I was skeptical, so I decided to pick up the phone and call this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful . My daughter was seen, diagnosed and prescriptions were called in, all in less than an hour. Convenient Care Clinic met all of our needs.
There is nothing convenient about being sent to 3 other places and to come back there for a sinus cold and gunk coming out of my eyes. Really... I was sent to hospital for xray, eyeworks for the eye and then to come back for them to treat me finally. Mind you eyeworks is a walk in and has been a LONG wait in between appointments.As a mother of 6 there is nothing convenient about this place. I am very displeased
