This morning I received a threatening note from somebody who didn’t identify themselves on their note. I have cut back on the small amount of noise I do make and what I can only assume from the note is that my alarm clock is offensive. I will unplug it if that will make them happy and I will just find a new way to wakeup but it just doesn’t make sense because the alarm clock is not very loud and much quieter than the noise from the trains. The note says they have complained several times which I think is an exaggeration made to prove a point because you have only sent me a letter once and why haven’t they tried to talk to me in person. Also, I don’t know why they need permission to call the cops but I hope they do so you can see that I am telling the truth.

I lived here for almost 2 years. The guy below me played techno music until the early hourse of the morning the floors were thin and I could hear every bit of that annoyance. I complained, nothing happened. We were allowed two parking spots for our two vehicles, there were no parking assignments for any of the buildings. For about a week we had three vehicles there due to one of them breaking down, I received several threatening notes on my vehicle that I was taking up too many parking sports and that I parked in "HER" spot. All of this while there were broke 4 down vehicles with out of date tags ranging from 2005-1999 cluttering the parking lots. Then I get a phone call on how I need to move my car becasue we were only allowed to have two vehicles. I made a complaint about the broke down cars blocking all the parking for my building and Ann responded, "we have been working on that". a year and a half later, those cars still remain in the parking lot. Learned my lesson the first time....got a new landlord and love my house!
