Last but not least the manager is great and is always available at the office or by text or phone. Any needs or problems she try's to get it done as quickly as possible.

The maintenance man is great too he is friendly and works very hard to keep everything in tip top shape.
I visit frequently as I have family living there. It's always clean, people smile, and conveniently located. It has a real sense of home by its tenants and that is rare for an apartment complex.
Cool playground for children and teens; Parents supervise their children, also a couple camping grills to fire up and make hot dogs, hamburgers etc;.
Awesome! This is one of the best apartments in Vincennes.
There is much more...refrigerators, electric range, microwave, washer & dryer furnished in each apartment. All units are total electric and there's even a special workout room with equipment...
