Constantly suspendd financial aid for no good reason and there are hoops you have to jump through just to get back in class. Waste of time every semester.
Horrible financial aid. Poor customer service, takes forever to process FA and rips students off.
Honestly financial aid is a joke and when they say they will help they just cause you more problems. Their system is down so my meal plan got shut done once again because they can not see that I signed for my loan. Until they can see that I don't have a meal plan. I never received money until the end of this semester from then putting in my SSN wrong and didn't receive books until half way through this semester. Just know if you plan on going to this school know you will have to deal with a staff that doesn't know what they are talking about and if you call and get different people and ask the same question you will receive different answers and half of them will be wrong.
