The first time they were assigned to us by a third party service to tow a car that would not start to a local dealership. Rather than pick up the car, the truck driver helped us try to get it running, was able to get it started, told us how best to fix the problem in his experience, and left without charging us.
Excellent service. I was referred to them by AAA as my key had broken and I had lost part of it and was expecting to have to have them tow me to Evansville. Instead, they helped me look for the missing part for about a half hour until we found it in a sidewalk crack. They were very helpful, despite losing business over it. I'd highly recommend them, as sometimes it's tough to find people like that.

They took ten minutes to get to me after I called. They had my keys I locked in my trunk to me in minutes after arrival. Very nice people.
The second time we had to have a car opened...it was late at night on Labor Day and somehow in the course of the day we did not have our house keys or garage door opener in our car with us, had a spare in the husband's truck but did not have his truck keys with us. Troy's was the only shop open and able to send someone promptly. We only waited 15 minutes, and were told by the driver to keep his personal cell number, which we'd gotten through the owner of another towing service in town who was unable to help us, and call anytime we needed help.

I cannot say enough about this company....they are awesome! Great guys, friendly, helpful, polite and treated my family and me like friends. Awesome, reasonable rates, extremely helpful & friendly. I highly recommend them if you need a towing service!
