I was less than impressed with the facilities as well as the management. I moved in to dirty floors, leftover trash, and a beeping smoke detector. I turned in maintenance requests, but in the end, replaced two lightbulbs and a battery for the smoke detector myself. I have had to wash my clothes multiple times to get rid of the smell of weed in them. The wi-fi is slower than desired as well. It seems that the facility is understaffed, however when dealing with management, do not expect to have your issues resolved. I am thankful for the location and for the place I had the opportunity to stay, but I was hoping for more with the price I paid.
I've lived for a little while and while it is expensive, you won't really find a place this close to campus and this convenient.
Nice place to stay for school but maintenance is slow and cheaply maintained.
Prices are fair. Has a central meeting area with a printer.
Terrible place to live, had so many problems with the establishment. Do not recommend!
Be aware, the weed smoke can be bad at times depending on who is living there at the time.
