Got really bad food poisoning from a replacement pizza. They do not add double toppings to our pizza as ordered (not the first time it happened but the first time I insisted they fix it) so I finally complained and was offered a free pizza. Ordered a few days later. It looked great but smelled a little strong like Parmesan cheese which I did not order but I also refused to complain again. Ate on the pizza over a 2 day period w/ a friend and we had the worst food poisoning and I shall spare you the details. I get that this sounds paranoid and hard to prove but this is also far from coincidental! Please Avoid!!!!
Terrible workers and staff and bad management. There's never not a fly in a pizza or money lost from wrong deliveries. They take their sweet time doing remakes and on smoke breaks and they take lots of em so there's hardly ever a manager around to talk to
The service was horrible when I called to place an order for delivery, the guy answered the phone and hung up the first time I called. Not only that but the pizza was ordered at 7:04 and it is 8:34 and it has still not arrived. Worst experience I've ever had.
Usually fast service and great deals
Ordered a pizza. It was delivered. It was wrong. I called and they said they would remake it and deliver again in 45 minutes. An hour later I called again, and the manager tells me that it had to have been delivered, and the driver told him that she delivered it to us in the back yard and we were all out back smoking. We were inside watching the driveway, we don't smoke, and no one ever came. He said he wasn't going to send another pizza, and he accused me of trying to get free pizzas. So I guess I'm not having papa johns tonight. Or ever again.
