They never answer their phone, when you leave a message for them to call you it took them two days to call me after me calling every day, and then when I got my son an appointment it took to even get one with them. I have had one be even a month out! When we got there to get his shots they didn't even have all of his shots he needed. They did not tell us ahead of time! Very disappointed in their system and their scheduling.
Didn't have all the vaccinations when I went for my son's appointment. I understand them being out of the vaccine, but a call to tell me would have been the appropriate thing to do. I took him out of school for basically no reason that day. Also it takes almost a month to get an appointment, but when you go in there they are never busy. They could use someone more friendly at their desk. I have always dreaded having to go here, but not because of the shots, because of the process...
Very friendly staff! Made my sons vaccination experience a good one! Many improvements from the last time we were here.
