i am not sure if its to many cases but, we paid Mr Brock 1400.00 to represent us in bankruptcy back in February. He never has much time to talk to us always rushes thru the few appointments we have with him. wants paperwork but i don't think he looks at it. impossible to contact him by phone. if we leave messages when we by accident reach someone at his office we don't hear back from him, we were supposed to take classes for the bankruptcy and he was supposed to send links to them, which he never has even though he told the judge we had already taken them, i said we never received them but he spoke up and said we should be getting the 2nd half of them, again we have never seen them, today we got a letter from the bankruptcy judge that our bankruptcy has been denied because of his failure to handle our case right. if you are planning on filing bankruptcy my advice is to find a lawyer who has time to talk to you and work on your case. not find out 5-6 months down the road that this has happened.

Mr. Brock filed my bankruptcy a couple months ago, he was very professional and to the point. He even stayed after work hours to discuss my case with me and make sure the correct paper work was filed. For my last appointment Mr. Brock even set an appointment on Saturday to adhere to my work hours. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend him to future clients.
