Stopped in today 8-1-17 to pay for some spraying for bag worms they did on 7-11-17. We were told that a bill would come by mail it never did so I went in today to pay. Had an outstanding balance of over $500.
Maybe my expectations are too high for an older sprinkler system but they are they ones that have installed it and serviced it routinely. I have never had a sprinkler system until a little over one year ago so I just can't imagine there can be this many headaches.
We hired Perk-A-Lawn Gardens for the landscaping around our patio. The quality of work they did was unlike any other. This is a top- notch company who I highly recommend.
Moved into our house a little over one year ago we have had nothing but problems with our sprinkler system, have had them out multiple times. It is a system they installed, it is around 20 years old so there is that to consider. Last year our water bill was over $400 twice because of leaks. We have had multiple leaks. Our system still isn't right.

Perk-A-Lawn Gardens has always been very professional when working with them. All of the landscaping they have done for us looks wonderful. I can not say enough positive things about their work and customer service.
We were charged $75 to turn our system on this year and we have a valve issue so all they did was shut it off and leave, was there 15 minutes still added it to our bill though. I asked them today why we have never received a bill and the answer I got was that an invoice was sent out back in June 2017. We never got it, plus why are you billing us in June 2017 for services done dating back to July 2016? I guess we should shoulder some of the blame for not inquiring sooner, but I don't like the business practice of waiting almost 1 year to send out an invoice on services only to have it lost in the mail. Their proposed solution was to have invoices emailed so they don't get lost in the mail. So instead of being billed in a timely manner we have a huge bill and sprinklers that do not work properly. The bag worm spraying seemed to work no complaints there.
