called them to schedule a service call and they informed me that I would have to give them a credit card payment up front of 85.00 for a service call plus 115.00 for 1 hour labor. This is before they even come to look at there system!!! Unbelievable, well I am replaceing with another brand!!

We bought a water softener and the K5 reverse osmosis system. It is a bit expensive, but our water quality is absolutely amazing. No more hard water which is not only great when taking a shower, it is easy on our appliances, our drinking glasses are crystal clear when they come out of the dishwasher. The reverse osmosis system is great, the water is better than bottled water. Like I said it is pricey but it is worth every penny.
Brian and the team at Kinetico we have lost our patience the level of customer service. Once they sold a water system to my elderly parents they have left them high and dry. We have made numerous calls to have them fix numerous issues. Now my parents floors are now buckling due to the condensation and water from the tanks. We keep calling and requesting help, they keep blowing my parents off.
