I will be filing a complaint against her with the Real Estate Commission and call the local Police Department to see what can be done.
STAY AWAY from this lady if you want your peace and your pocket book!!
She apparently does not want them to even have a friend over for the night. She is a control freak with mental problems. Still trying to exit this nightmare with her. She has failed to rent our 8 units though there is a waiting list at present. We just found out this morning that she wants to "Shut us down" from one of the tenants.
A PLUS GETS AN F MINUS!! Our experience with Shirley Kiel has been a nightmare. The kind you see in the movies. She keeps harassing us. We purchased what we thought was investment properties from her several months ago. She at present has sent us dozens of bills from a relative she uses to do "repairs" in the units. This morning we were woke up at the crack of dawn because she is now harassing our tenants ( we previously had her managing our units).
