I took my laptop to Triple T Computers and they diagnosed a bad hard drive.
By now, I wouldn't have taken it if it were free. I just asked if this was how he treated all of his customers. At that point, he said I'd be surprised at how many people come in and try to rip him off.
This is the only place I will take my computer for now on. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I had my laptop back in the same day. If you want someone who is honest and your computer fixed right the "first time" then I highly recommend taking your computer here. I like how David took the time to explain what the problem was with the computer and fixed it good as new.
I ask again, whatever happened to customer service and the customer is always right??

I walked out the door with him half apologizing, half defending. I was so upset, I was fighting tears.
I decided I wanted to get win7 so I went to the store and asked for it. The guy gets it and says, that'll be $159. I told him my friend just bought it a couple months ago for $109. He says that's impossible. I told him I saw the receipt. He insists, it's impossible. I said, "But I saw the receipt."
(The previous reviewer apparently did not realize that Windows 7 OEM must be purchased with hardware).
I pointed out to him that he had just told me $109 was below his cost. His response was just that he wasn't going to sell it to anyone else for that price.
Triple T saved me at least $300 by not having to buy a new laptop.

They gave me a great deal on a new hard drive and installed Windows 7 for only $109 more.
So, I called my friend and asked him to bring his receipt to the store. At that point, the owner asked me my friends name. I told him and lo and behold, he found the receipt in his files! Guess what he charged my friend? Yep, $109. He said it was because my friend had paid a lot of money to get his computer fixed (less than $200), so they gave him a break and sold it to him, at their cost.
He YELLED at me, he didn't care, he KNOWS he didn't sell it to ANYONE for that price because that's below his cost. I told him, again, that I was sure of the price and that the receipt did indeed come from his store. He yelled even louder, that he knew he didn't sell it for that low!
A friend of mine took his computer to this supposedly Christian computer store. He bought win7 for $109. I saw the receipt.
