I always loved seeing Andrea when she was in the office with Dr. Rohrer. I tried setting up and appointment for my son and since he had Medicaid as a secondary insurance the receptionist told me they wouldn't take him. after calling my insurance and them saying he would be covered i called the office back and she then let me know they usually just don't like to cause it causes more work for the billing department so she would get me over to them and see if he could be seen. was not very happy at all the receptionist wanted to deny him and she didn't even have all the information.
Andrea is very good at what she does and is very caring. Her staff is awesome and helpful. They make you feel like family.
