I forgot my credit card, left to go get it, and was not informed that they were closing in an hour. Gentleman was helpful and polite.
Very polite people, love there attitudes and helpfulness!! Have went back many times and will suggest using them to other people any chance i get!!!!!
They wanted to put a 200$ hold fee on my debit card and 2 utility bills as well to prove where I live. First off, who carries utility bills around with them? I just moved here and had nothing to show as of any bills yet. So I didn't get to rent a car, that I only needed to 12 hours since mine was in the shop.. Besides the fact, I was already in their system, from where I had already rented cars from them several times before.. This place is a joke..
