Food is fine. 5th time here. Said I wouldn't come back since they always take so long or forget something. Here I am waiting on my food since they forgot to cook it and handed me my drink only and said "thanks, have a nice day"
I know that ir can take long but there are many things to eat and the staff us extreamly nice!
This is the second time in a row that service has been totally unacceptable. Put in order waited 20 minutes and had to bring this issue to the manager. Orders came and went. Still no food. Finally went up to the counter and asked again, at which time, I was told my food was being prepared right now. Also asked if I would like "a pie or something". I was given a drink and left, never to return. Would be great if you could rate 0 or even negative stars
Waited 15 min just to get cold chicken nuggets and fries. We were the only customers inside and drive thru wasn't busy. None of this food requires more then 5 mins to make and that's being lenient.
Coffee is good food is ok and the speed is, well bring a tv or friend as you'll be there a while, as for accuracy I humbly suggest removing a lane til they master the first, or put a wheel that you spin because as it is I've rarely got my order correct 100%
