It was fine until i went was supposed to get my state tax and they took it for the fee. They told us it would come out of federal that state wouldnt get taken for the fee. Then they mispelled my gf name and when we tried to get them too explain they were rude causing my gf to break into tears. Personally they should fire all of them and shut it down untrained unprofessional and rude.
